Become A Community Teacher

Community teachers are persons in the local community, surrounding communities, and nearby universities (in person or virtual) that become teachers of their skill or talent. These teachers will provide expert instruction on particular skills and career choices that meet the needs and interests of students attending Paron Charter School. Community teachers will be determined each year or semester based on interest inventory surveys and questionnaires from students. 

 

A Learning Styles/ Multiple Intelligence survey will be completed at the beginning of the school year. This data will drive the search for community-based teachers and instructional planning. Students will take part in planning their learning through their interests and learning styles. Scholar classrooms will be designed and redesigned each year to ensure students' learning styles and multiple intelligence is being woven into everyday holistic instruction.
